See who's on shift right now
The 'Right now' section shows every staff member currently clocked in, grouped by location. You can see their name, clock-in time, and how long they've been on shift — all updating in real time.
Act on alerts instantly
Coloured alert strips at the top of the dashboard flag anything that needs your attention — overdue tasks, open incidents, pending timesheet approvals, and maintenance requests. Click any alert to jump straight to the relevant page.
Track today's activity at a glance
The 'Today' section shows stat cards for hours worked, pending approvals, open tasks, incidents, waste logged, and maintenance — each colour-coded and clickable. Zero values show in grey so you can focus on what matters.
Drill into incidents, maintenance, and overdue tasks
Below the stat cards, the dashboard lists open incidents with severity badges, maintenance requests with priority levels, and overdue tasks with 'days overdue' counts. Click any item to jump to the detail view.
Set up your workspace (first-time)
If you're new to Rundeck, the dashboard shows a setup wizard that walks you through adding locations, roles, pay rates, and enabling features. A progress bar tracks how far along you are — and you can dismiss it once you're done.
