Submit a maintenance request
From the Maintenance section, click 'New request'. Describe the issue, select the location, and attach a photo if relevant. Staff on the floor can submit directly from the mobile app.
Set priority and category
Choose a priority level — Urgent, Medium, or Low — and a category like Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, or General. This helps managers triage and route requests to the right contractor.
Assign to a contractor or staff member
Once a request is submitted, managers assign it to a contractor from your saved contacts or to an internal staff member. The assignee receives a notification with all the details they need.
Track status through the pipeline
Every request moves through a clear pipeline: Open, In Progress, and Resolved. Managers and assignees can update the status, add notes, and attach completion photos as work progresses.
View maintenance history
Access the full history of all maintenance requests — filtered by location, category, or date range. Use the data to spot recurring issues and plan preventative maintenance schedules.
