What happens when your account is deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your user account and login credentials
- Your staff profile and personal information (name, email, phone)
- Timesheet and clock-in/out records
- Messages you have sent
- Leave requests
- Any photos or files you have uploaded
Business owners requesting deletion will have their entire workspace removed, including all staff records, rosters, and operational data associated with the business.
Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g. financial records for tax compliance) or where necessary to protect our legitimate interests.
