The Story
Rundeck is a unified workforce management and daily operations platform for Australian small businesses, launched in July 2026.
Founded by Rhys Colloty — who also runs G-Free Donuts, a three-location gluten-free donut business on the Gold Coast — Rundeck was born from the frustration of paying for multiple apps to manage shifts, checklists, and daily operations.
Rundeck combines rostering, timesheets, clock-in, staff onboarding, team messaging, daily checklists, stock takes, cash counts, incident reporting, and more — all in one flat-rate app starting at $60/month.
